Wellbeing Support Series: Overcoming Online Bullying

Writing with multi coloured background. Wellbeing support series Online Bullying

This week’s video tells the story of a young woman who experienced cruel online bullying when an image of her was shared with deeply hurtful comments.

Rather than allowing that moment to define her, she chose to transform pain into purpose. Her story is a reminder that while we cannot always prevent negativity, we can decide how it shapes us.

Online harm is real. Words matter. But so does resilience.

May this message encourage anyone who has been wounded by the words of others: you are more than someone else’s label.

I Chose to be Happy
